My autumn/winter candle picks and my must-have for easy candle maintenance: Glasshouse Fragrance Candle Wick Trimmer. |
For a warm, cosy and comforting atmosphere in the home as the weather starts to cool and less sunshine is upon us down-under, I've selected a few candles that I thought might just help. Also, to satisfy my current candle obsession, of course (I will not lie!) - any excuse for a candle will do. ;)
Here are my picks:
Nest Morrocan Amber
"Exotic. Spicy. Rich. Notes of Moroccan Amber, Star Anise, Sweet Patchouli, Bergamot, Eucalyptus."My first ever Nest candle - can't wait to burn it coz I've heard so much about it!
Diptyque Cannelle
"This candle recalls a warm, dry, spicy, and aromatic bark from the East. Cinnamon, it was used to compose one of the very first diptyque candles." Unbelievably strong throw even for a mini candle. I love this unique scent.
Jo Malone Sweet Almond & Macaroon
"Delectable macaroon. A comforting confection of sweet almond and creamy coconut. Rich with cherries. Softened by vanilla. Warm and cocooning." (Newly released). Review to follow this post.
Diptyque Noisetier
Hazelnut. "A fruity, woody delight amidst the first signs of the autumn". (Newly released).
Diptyque Baies
My current favourite for some time now. This is my third candle of it! "A bouquet of roses and blackcurrent leaves, a companion to diptyque eau de toilette, L'Ombre dans l'Eau."
What are your home candle picks (new and old) for this autumn/winter?
Thanks for visiting! ^_^ xo
