Aqua-Print Eyeshadow is an eye shadow pencil from By Terry's French Riviera Summer 2014 Collection (see what else I picked from the collection here and more product reviews here and here).  It's basically a cream eye shadow that comes conveniently packaged in pencil form for easy application and is also precise enough to be used as a kohl eye liner.

"This print eyeshadow enhances eyes, brings out the pupils and makes the iris dazzling white in a single gesture."~ By Terry

There are six shades available - all beautiful and bright for summer (for swatches of all six shades, see the Beauty Professor).  I chose it in'Blue Fiesta' (5) - a bright and vivid, royal blue.  I love the fact that it applies true to colour on my medium (~NC30), olive skin tone - what you see is what you get.

The Aqua-Print Eyeshadows are waterproof, smudge-proof and claim to have an incredible hold of 16 hours.  I've only tested it up to 11 hours and I must say it held up extremely well with only a touch of fading - barely noticeable.  So, I can imagine it would definitely last quite a bit longer than that with no problems.

The texture is on the firmer side without being too hard and it glides on fairly smoothly and evenly on the lids without tugging on the skin or the product breaking.  You have about a minute or so to blend it with a clean finger or a synthetic brush you prefer before it sets.  I loved that it didn't transfer or crease during the day.

I do wish the pencil was an automatic twist-up kinda product to avoid any wastage and for convenience, but unfortunately you do have to sharpen it.  It does come with a sharpener though.

Bottom Line
I know I'm going to love wearing this on weekends in summer or on summer holidays.  It's bright and I'm not usually this daring, but actually if you only apply this on the mobile lids and keep the rest of your face minimal - it looks modern and dare I say it, bloody awesome!  It looks even more amazing against brown eyes.  If you want less - wear it as an eyeliner on the upper or bottom lash line.  If you love blue, you are gonna LOVE this! ^_^

Hope this was helpful.

Thanks for stopping by! ^_^ xo
