LUSH HAUL 2013

Hi all!  Hope you've been well in your neck of the woods. ^_^
In the past week or so I made a couple of visits to the Lush, coz once wasn't enough. Teehee... ;)  I must admit, I went bonkers over Lush and yes, this time, YouTube made me do it - namely, long-time Lush fans like Zoella and Sprinkle of Glitter.  I don't often go to Lush, otherwise.  My first and last purchase was last year as well over the Christmas holiday period and it was the Honey I Washed The Kids soap that I'd purchased twice coz I loved it so much.  Also, I'm not a huge bath person (preferring a shower for convenience), but given all the wonderful bath goodies I've seen and purchased, I think I may just have to make the effort to draw a bath for myself over the coming weeks! *joy*  Given what a (crappy) year it's been for me, I think it would be great to wind down and try to chillax and get myself all energised again for the new year with the hope that it'll be a whole lot better! *finger and toes crossed*

Our new place has a traditional bath tub, so it will be quicker to run than our previous place where we had a *huge* spa bath (it was very nice, but took forever to fill and so we hardly used it!).

Anyhoo, below is a list of items I purchased (many are from their Christmas Limited Edition Collection).  I have never tried any of the ones I bought (I'm excited to try The Honey I Washed The Kids in this Shower Gel form).  There were a few others that were really cute like the penguin, but I passed on coz I wasn't that taken by the scent.  There are ones that I must admit, wouldn't grab my attention scent-wise, but were recommended by others due to the way they look in the bath or the way they feel on the skin, so I thought I'd give them a go!

A. Honey I Washed The Kids Shower Gel - Yummy scent!
B. Star Light Star Bright - a LOT of silver glitter here...slightly concerned about cleaning the bath tub afterwards and how it might leave me a bit glittery myself!  We'll see...
C. Space Girl Bath Ballistic
D. Magic Wand Bubble Bar - apparently smells like the Lush 'Snow Fairy' range, which I haven't tried.
E. Golden Wonder Bath Ballistic
F. Soft Coeur (The Honeymooner) Massage Bar - I love the scent of this!  Cocoa and honey...mmm...
G. Bombardino Bath Ballistic - soooo cute and smells delightfully of lemon cheesecake.
H. Shoot For The Stars Bath Ballistic - another one of my faves to sniff at and unsurprisingly it smells just like Honey I Washed The Kids.
I. Popcorn Lip Scrub
J. Santa's Lip Scrub - apparently smells and tastes like cola.  I'm planning to gift this one to a friend since she loves cola-flavoured lip balms. :)
K. You've Been Mangoed Bath Melt - Smells more like citrus to me than a mango, but apparently this leaves your skin feeling supple and beautiful.  Yes, please!
L. Secret Santa Bath Ballistic
M. Ceridwen's Cauldron Bath Melt - smells so-so...kinda herbal to me, but this has oats inside which you can then use to exfoliate your skin, so I'm rather intrigued about that.

(Full descriptions of each product are available on the Lush website).

I was also keen on the super cute Pumpkin they had for the Halloween collection, but unfortunately I didn't see this on the Aussie Lush website nor in-store. :(

Anyway, there you go!  I think what I have here will cover me for a long time.  LOL.  This haul has me totally excited for the Christmas season. :D

Thanks for visiting! ^_^ xo
