"Tom Ford's unique powder and cream primer enhances the performance of eye shadow by preventing creasing and extending wear for up to 15 hours.  The cream primer features the Tom Ford infusing complex, which helps create a smooth look, while the oil-absorbing powder ensures superb color definition."
Above: physical size of the container with respect to my hand.
Above: close up of the primer powder.
The duo is packaged in separate pots or compartments that screw on together.
The top compartment houses the primer (setting) powder that has the mirror under the lid.  The bottom compartment contains the cream base.

Swatches
All swatches below were applied on medium, olive (~NC30) skin tone and photographed indoors using a strobe.
Above: a teeny, half a pea-size amount of the cream primer product, and below (left) is the cream product blended into the skin as a swatch and (right) the powder applied on top of the cream. As you can hopefully see, the cream blends in very well with my skin tone and with the powder applied, it makes it look a bit brighter.

Above (left): a swatch of a Tom Ford eye shadow applied without the primer duo, and (right) a swatch of the same eye shadow on top of the primer duo cream and powder.  You can see that the same amount of eye shadow layered on top of the primer duo products gives a much more intense effect.  It's lovely!

Longevity
On my eye lids that have normal skin condition (neither oily or dry), I found that my eye shadow lasts from morning through to late in the evening before I have to cleanse my face ready for bed.  That's approximately 13-14 hours of wear.  So, I haven't really tested it for the full 15 hours as the product claims it will make eye shadows last for, but I can imagine it most likely would.  I only noticed slight fading after about 9-10 hours and not much more after that and certainly nothing that's too obvious.

Creasing?
I did not notice any creasing. :)  I think the powder does act like it absorbs any oiliness that might develop during day and keeps the base fresh for much longer.

Texture
The texture of the cream primer is smooth and spreads quite thinly and easily onto the skin.  On my medium skin tone, the colour blends quite seamlessly and looks fairly unnoticeable apart from making the skin tone appear more even.  The powder product is extremely finely milled and super silky smooth to apply and blend.  It looks white to off-white (depending on lighting) in the pan and it does have a white pigment when applied and blended in (i.e., it's not translucent), and this has a brightening effect to the eyes.  Once the powder is layered on top of the cream powder, the eye shadow just goes on so smoothly!  It does feel like it's acting as a barrier to any natural oils from your skin to mix in with the makeup.

Size
7ml of cream and 2.2 g of powder

Overall
A lovely duo primer product.  It's a little bit more effort to apply in terms of having two products to apply as a base, but I think for long-term wear and added intensity of colour, you may find it worth it.  The textures are super easy to work with so it's fairly quick really despite the 2 steps.  You only need a tiny amount and the textures are thin and smooth so I never feel like I'm packing on too much product by the end of it.  It also means you don't need to use as much eye shadow per application, and the primer duo will last you a long while. :)  Tom Ford fans should give this product a try!

Hope this was helpful.
