So...here's one of seven of the new Burberry nail polishes that I've picked up recently! (To see my other picks - click HERE).
Metallic Khaki (No. 202) is first up.
I always appreciate the look and feel of the outer box packaging from Burberry. It's pure luxury. It's thick, textured linen cardboard and the inside is a surprising gunmetal foil. Love the font and letterpress imprint on it. Overall, just beautiful and tactile.

Colour & Finish
Deep, metallic khaki with a rich, gorgeous copper-like iridescence through it. It's an absolute, gobsmacking stunner!
Application
Metallic Khaki has a great consistency (neither thick or thin). It goes on smoothly and evenly with full coverage achieved in just two coats. No dramas there!
Packaging
Gorgeous packaging as usual from Burberry Beauty - it's consistent with the rest of the makeup line. The cap is plastic with the gunmetal-like finish and has the iconic Burberry check all around it.

The applicator brush is wide and flat for easy and quick application with fewer strokes. This particular one I got had a bristle or two that was damaged, but fortunately doesn't really affect application.

RRP & Size
AU$29 for 8 ml / 0.27 fl. oz. of product in each bottle. It's less expensive than Chanel's and YSL's nail polishes, but you also get less (e.g., 5 ml less than Chanel's). Having said that, I don't think I've ever used up an entire bottle of nail polish, so I'm not complaining. Below is a shot of its physical size compared to a Chanel and YSL nail polish bottles.

On My Nails...
Here's what Metallic Khaki looks like against my medium, olive (~NC30) skin tone. Two coats applied with no base or top coat. All photographs were taken indoors under artificial lighting using a strobe.

Comparison Swatches
I don't have anything like Metallic Khaki in my collection, but for reference, I've swatched it beside YSL's Bronze Pyrite (35) and Chanel's Alchimie (591).

A winner! I'm truly impressed by this nail polish from Burberry. Metallic Khaki has exceeded my expectations. It's undoubtedly, a new, unique, favourite in my collection. [Looks at Metallic Khaki Nail Polish bottle in her hand] Well done you, you gorgeous stunner, you! Uh-hem...go get!!!
