Sulfurous is the limited edition nail lacquer released for Guerlain's Crazy Paris Holiday 2013 Collection and it's a beauty!
Colour
Deep brownish plum with violet shimmers and a metallic finish. Depending on the lighting it can change from a taupe to a dark plum. It definitely is a unique nail polish in my collection. :) I just love shades and finishes like this - dark yet complex.

Size
0.33 oz / 10 ml.
Packaging
The glass bottle is thick, heavy and looks and feels luxurious. The black lacquer cap has the hot pink Guerlain engraving to tie with the rest of the Crazy Paris Collection. The applicator brush is extra-flat for easy application.
Application
The nail polish applied fairly easily in one and a half to two strokes. The consistency was a bit thicker than normal, so it's difficult to apply a thin layer. However, it flowed easily and evenly enough onto the nail bed. It has excellent coverage/pigmentation.
Longevity
Longevity
On my nails, it lasted about 3-4 days until minor tip wear showed and chipping on one nail occurred on the fourth day.
In Full Sun...
...One can truly appreciate all that magnificent sparkle! ^_^
Comparison Swatches
Below are comparison swatches of Guerlain Sulfurous with several other purply shades in my collection. As you can see, it's closest in hue to Chanel's Paradoxal.
Verdict
If there was only one thing you could get from this collection make it this one. It was certainly the product I was most excited about getting and after playing with it, I'm still very excited. ;) It's what I would expect from a high-end brand like Guerlain.
Hope this was helpful.
Thanks for stopping by! ^_^ xo
