PACKAGING
____________________________________________________________________________
In celebration of the reopening of 68 Champs Elysees, the legendary Guerlain flagship boutique reopening this winter, Crazy Paris is designed with a vibrant ― 68 engraving.

Above: product description label on the bottom of the compact.

Above: close up of the four shades in the compact. Surprisingly, it applies more of a soft, medium, peachy-orange without much hint of any of the "bronzey", tan/brown shades! Also, the pink doesn't shine through as much when all the shades are mixed evenly together and applied on my medium, olive, ~NC30-35 skin tone. I was indeed surprised in a very pleasant way. :)
COMPARISON SWATCHES
____________________________________________________________________________
I'm pleased to discover that there's nothing quite like Guerlain Crazy Terracotta in my collection. I've swatched it against a few others not photographed below, but they weren't close enough to bother showing here. However, below is a comparison to Chanel's Joues Contraste in 'Espiegle', which is a peach and is quite pale and has more of a sheen to it in comparison. The previous Terracotta in 'Sun Blondes' is much more of a bronzer than Crazy Terracotta, which I would use only as a blush. Crazy Terracotta has a matte to satin finish.

SCENT
____________________________________________________________________________
In the pan, the powder has a scent, veering from the usual signature Guerlain violet fragrance. Here's how Guerlain describes it:
"The top notes reveal a joyful and cheerful accord of bergamot and mandarin. The heart takes over with the sunny, feminine notes of gardenia, jasmine and ylang-ylang, which play off the lightness of honeysuckle. In the dry-down, vanilla, blended with woody notes, gives this legendary scent all of its character and mystery."
It's pleasant enough to me, but I personally can't smell it when I've applied it on my cheeks. Those who are very sensitive to scents may wish to try it first.
OVERALL
____________________________________________________________________________
Guerlain always do exquisite powders and Crazy Terracotta is no exception. It blends easily and seamlessly onto the skin. I love this more than I had expected, because it's more of a colour with none of the "muddiness" than the previous Terracotta powders had. Although, they all still have that "terracotta" hue to them. I love Crazy Terracotta as a blush. If you prefer more of a traditional bronzing/tanning effect then you may have to skip this one.
