Below: a few drops of water mixed with the balm turns the product milky and eventually warms with your body heat into a proper cleansing oil - a lovely consistency that glides onto the skin - made for massaging.

DIRECTIONS
Moringa Balm
Mix a few drops of warm water with a little Moringa Cleansing Balm in the palm of your hand to create a cream. Apply to the face, neck and eye area and massage thoroughly into the skin. To remove, soak a cleansing cloth in warm water, squeeze out the excess and gently wipe over the whole face and neck, taking extra care around the delicate eye area.
Caution: If the product enters the eye, wash out thoroughly with plenty of clean water. Stop using this product if you develop redness or itching.
Tip: For extra soothing, leave on for ten minutes, or use as a rescue balm for dry elbows, knees or lips.

Soak the Dual Action Professional Cleansing Cloth in warm water, squeeze out the excess and gently wipe over the whole face and neck, taking extra care around the delicate eye area. Use the muslin side of the cloth to remove excess make up and grime and the microfibre side of the cloth to deep cleanse, buff, brighten and tone the skin. (Machine washable).
SCENT
Luxuriously fresh, clean scent. To me, it's very pleasant dreamy ^_^ and not overpowering.
THOUGHTS
I absolutely love this cleanser. I use it every night as a final, deep cleanse after initial makeup removal using either Bioderma or the Body Shop Camomile Silky Cleansing Oil (my current affordable alternative to Shu Uemura's). I've only tried two other cleansing balms so far, including the significantly more expensive Eve Lom Cleanser and the most affordable of the three Clinique Take The Day Off and I must say Emma Hardie's is my favourite. It smells and feels luxurious. (I find Eve Lom's overwhelming with its very strong medicinal scent, which I can't stand. My husband can't stand its scent either! Clinique's is odourless so it's great for those sensitive to scents). It makes cleansing a real treat - even when I'm feeling so tired in the evening, when I start cleansing with this, I start to relax and really enjoy the process of gently massaging my face. I even find that the longer I massage the face, the oils work even better as your hands and movement help to warm the product. My skin feels more than satisfactorily clean and soothed. *grin* There's no dryness or tightness - just smooth, soft, supple, clean skin - like a baby's bottom.
I really feel like my skin has improved with this product and in particular has helped keep pimples/breakouts at bay, because of the deep cleansing. And because it's actually enjoyable to do, it makes it easy to be consistently doing it every night even when I'm exhausted. I actually really look forward to it! Clinique's is not bad for it's price - it does a good job and it's also gentle, but Emma Hardie's just feels and smells much more decadent and cleanses a lot more deeply into the skin I feel.
On a side note, I personally try to avoid the eye area with this even though they say it's ok to, just because I find a little always gets into my eyes somehow (which you should avoid) and I have very sensitive eyes.
As the cleanser comes in a large, hefty pot, I like to transfer a smaller amount into a more travel-friendly sized tub like my fave GoTubb container when I'm travelling coz I can't do without it!
I love the super handy, luxe double-sided wash cloth that it comes with, too. I think I will purchase more of these as they can be purchased separately as a set of three. :)
All in all, this is definitely a new staple of mine, so I will definitely be repurchasing this over and over. It's a luxury spa experience in a big pot without breaking the bank. Brilliant. Recommend. Big. Time.
RRP & SIZE
£36.00 for 100 ml / 3.4 fl. oz of product. I've been using mine for about 5 months now, so I'd say the pot will probably last about 6 months when used once a day.
